The bed was comfortable and the sitting room was cozy. The location was perfect, close to the metro and a shopping area. The breakfast offered fruit and buns, which was a nice touch.
The office was empty for hours during the day and night, so we had to ring ahead of time to let them know we were coming. The person we spoke to didn't speak English, so it was difficult to communicate.

Great value for the price and convenient location close to the metro and restaurants. the room was comfortable and had a small balcony with chairs. the bed was incredibly comfortable. Fruit and buns were provided in the morning.
Check-in was a hassle as the office was often unoccupied, especially during lunch or at night. It was necessary to call ahead of time and language barriers made communication difficult.

The location of the hotel is great, just a short walk from the metro and close to various restaurants and shopping areas. the room I stayed in was excellent value, with a comfortable bed and a small balcony with chairs. the bathroom, although across the corridor, was only used by me so it wasn't a big inconvenience. the kitchen seemed well-equipped and the breakfast offered fruit and buns in the morning.
The check-in process could be improved, as it was a bit confusing with three keys that were not clearly labeled.
